Guests keep coming back to the Duchess

“With close to 50 nights spent at ‘The Duchess,’ I go back because the Inn itself is unique - a step back in time, but with all the amenities. Sharyn is helpful, generous and accommodating.”

Deborah · Guelph, Ontario

“A perfect location for downtown restaurants, shops, waterfront and historical buildings all around. We left the car in the driveway and walked everywhere. Sharyn is a wonderful hostess, knowledgeable on local history and helpful in planning our walks. Next time we'll stay longer.”

Jim & Lise L. · Perth, Ontario

“Sharyn was a fantastic host, extremely knowledgeable regarding the whole island. The rooms were lovely and quiet. Breakfast was well worth the additional charge.”

David R. · Old Saybrook, Connecticut

“For the breakfasts, Sharyn was able to accommodate for a Celiac diet and did so perfectly. We even received some tips and tricks to implement at home. Her love of PEI has infected us as well and we hope we will come back for another stay.”

Brayden & Regan · Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

“Duchess of Kent has a great owner, you are well looked after. Big and clean rooms. Nice breakfast with homemade muffin. Only a few steps from downtown.”

Hans & Susanna · Switzerland

“The Inn is in a super location, within walking distance of most of Charlottetown's tourist attractions. I have since recommended Sharyn and her Duchess of Kent Inn to many others and would definitely stay there again.”

Gwen C. · Vancouver, British Columbia
